Banca.me
With Flow, it is possible to pay and receive payments in installments with Banca.me, without the need for a credit card.
I am a merchant and want to activate Banca.me in my Flow account
- If you don’t have a Flow account yet, you must register on Flow. In this form, you will be able to select the payment methods you wish to activate.
- If you already have a Flow account and want to add Banca.me to your payment methods, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Flow account.
- Go to the Payment Methods menu.
- Click the Edit Data button.
- Select the payment methods you want to activate and choose the rate.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- You will then receive an email with a security code that you must enter in your portal.
- Once you enter the code correctly, the selected payment methods will be activated.
Online Payment
This option allows a customer to pay online using:
- Installment payments without a credit card:
To make an online payment with Banca.me, the customer must follow the steps described below. Once the payment is completed, Flow will immediately notify the merchant (the requesting user) about the payment made.
- First, the customer must select Banca.me as their payment method:
- Enter their ID (RUT) to verify if they qualify to pay in installments without a credit card.
- The available installment options will be displayed. The customer must select their preferred plan.
- Before confirming, the customer can review:
- Amount of each installment.
- Due dates.
- Interest, APR (CAE), and total credit cost.
- To pay in installments, the customer must subscribe to a PAC (automated bank charge):
- Select their bank and log in with their credentials.
- Select the bank account they wish to subscribe.
- To continue, the customer must confirm their phone number via SMS code.
- Then digitally sign the contract with Banca.me and confirm their identity and email address.
- Once the steps indicated by the platform are completed, Banca.me will verify the payment.
- Flow will wait for confirmation from Banca.me regarding the payment.
- Once the payment is confirmed, Flow will notify:
- A payment confirmation will be sent to the merchant.
- A payment receipt will be sent to the customer.
- If the merchant uses an integration API, their system will be notified online about the payment made.
- Finally:
- The customer will be redirected to Flow’s success page, where the payment details will be shown.
- If the merchant uses an integration API, this page will not be shown and the customer will be redirected to the merchant’s success page.
